- All shipments are done through Canada Post. Every care is taken to ensure that your painting arrives safely.
- Privacy & Security
- All information gathered here is for our use alone and will never be distributed or resold. Any information gathered by PayPal, during the course of paying for your order using a credit card is kept by PayPal only. We never see your credit card information.
- Returns & Replacements
- No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns that we do authorize will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. No returns will be authorized after 14 days. We do not pay shipping for return orders.
- Ordering
- Orders, once paid for, will be processed and shipped immediately. If you choose Money Order as your payment option, please ensure that you send the Money Order as soon as you can as we can only ship once we have received it.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment methods currently include PayPal (one of the world's largest online payment processors) and money order. Money orders must be the International orders. Prices may change at any time.
- Updating Account Information
- You will be able to update your account at any time. It is incumbent upon you to keep your account details in order, especially any change in e-mail address.
